i'm mildly obsessed with my dog, Penny, and my boyfriends dog, Maple. not to mention my Mom's two dogs, Zip & Posey.

Zip (left) and Poseyso anything dog related usually nabs my attention. for instance, i recently purchased an Orvis dog bed big enough to fit both Penny & Maple...

i also had "the girls" embroidered on it so there was no confusion whose bed it is...
...although they sneak into our bed any chance they get....can you say spoiled???

months before I even picked penny up to take her home i custom ordered a dog tag for her by Sally Harrell. she makes each tag to order, handcrafted in your choice of nickel silver or brass. i'll never purchase another dog tag from anywhere else!
and i couldn't let such a beautiful dog tag sit on any ole' collar...the uber-creative Jenny from Second Wind Sails, right out of the historic sailing community of Gloucester, MA, makes custom bags, shower curtains, pillow and much, much more out of reclaimed sails! She even agreed to make all 4 of the dogs their very own collar, personalized with their names in the nautical alphabet...aren't they wonderful? The best part of them for us is when we take the dogs swimming their collars dry off instantly!
