metal roofs, yes please...

i'm a sucker for standing seam metal roofs. other than being a beautiful exterior design element they are durable & long lasting, flexible, labor efficient and have an increased thermal efficiency over a standard shingled roof. plus, if you love the sounds of rain hitting a metal roof then this roof will be music to your ears.


i love, love, love old barns and their aged metal roofs. these are some from upstate new york...



this is a japanese modern home with a standing seam metal roof in weston, ma recently completed by my company, Gilman Guidelli & Co. this may be MY FAVORITE of all the homes our company has ever built (when I have some better interior images i'll be sure to post them)...
