much to my boyfriends dismay (he's a patriots fan), i am a giants fan...a born and raised new yorker, loyal to boot. so obviously i am excited for week one of football season today, despite the crappy outlook for this seasons team.
there's just something so comforting and familiar about watching sunday football ALL DAY LONG (thanks dad!)...snacking all afternoon, sipping on a bloody mary, wrapped up in my warmest wool blanket, of course wearing my ny giants sweatshirt, fire cracking in the fireplace... nowhere to be but parked on the couch.
