chair update...

went to zimmans yesterday to look at more affordable options for recovering my great aunt's chair and came across this waverly printed pattern (but much cheaper than it's being listed for on amazon amazingly). what do you think? i wasn't the biggest fan of it at first, but i brought a few swatches of different fabrics home and was surprised at how good it looks with my existing furniture...


am thinking of having the front of the chair reupholstered in this and then making the back & welting a solid color, possibly the cream color, but not sure yet. it's being picked up by my awesome, yet sketchy, upholsterer next weekend...to be continued...
