i smell spring in the air...

this coming wednesday marks the first day of spring, although this weekends temperatures felt more like summer. i did a lot of yard work with the help of my mom, and while i have gobs more to go, it felt good to be outside, cleaning up, and seeing some of the flowers that are starting to sprout from the ground. i'm looking forward to more yard work (although i may be eating my words come late summer).

this morning i broke out my roger & gallet citron perfume, i bought a small bottle of it while in paris last fall, but i think i'm going to have to buy a bigger bottle for summer. it's the perfect spring/summer scent...
